Facebook announcement instigates speculation for 2020 election? While US government policies are being announced through social by President Donald Trump in his daily tweets, Palau 2020 candidates are being disclosed in the Facebook as shown by the latest revelation of young senator who is savvy with the social media. 

In a response to comments by US-based known Palauan Facebook regular about possible presidential candidates in the Palau 2020 election which is three years and two months away, the women right advocate senator, Uduch Sengebau Senior revealed that she is a candidate for Vice President in 2020. This has engendered more comments and discussion about the 2020 election even it is still three years and two months away. And the speculation is not only for VP but also for President as Tommy who has dominated the presidential contests for the past 12 years, will be out of the scene. 

With the outspoken attorney senator for VP now, the incumbent VP Raynold Oilouch will have no where but up to presidency and no doubt will face Surangel Whipps, Jr. who was few hundred votes away from and nearly snatched the presidency from Tommy and has resources to mount a formidable fight against Oilouch or any body. 

Then there is the former president, Johnson Toribiong who is still active in law practice and a top draw as speaker in public events. But the current strongman Senate President Hokkons Baules who knows that no one has ever repeated as Senate president in a row, is not to be discounted. There is also the current HOD Speaker, Sabino Anastacio, who has made a political history as the only repeated Speaker who announced last election in Ngchesar that be his last after four terms as Delegate. Any of these possible bets for the top spots in 2020, can die or become incapacitated before the next election which will open the field wide again.
